Your posts are always informative including the "SAP" process and the senior signatory, too.
As a side note: I clearly remember Geert saying that he would 1st send the final analysis to the FDA and the next day would issue a PR to shareholders; which, to me, means we will hear about it the next day, i.e. not BEFORE the FDA has the information.
