Alison J. Galardi – CEO Bio
Alison J. Galardi has 20+ years of experience at Fortune 100 Financial Services Companies including Spear Leeds & Kellogg, TIAA-CREF, and Citigroup; she also has experience with startup companies.
She began her career in 1996 marketing the REDI ECN trading platform to Institutional clients. REDI soon became the Goldman REDI System widely used by trading firms globally.
By 2000, she transitioned to Pension giant TIAA-CREF where she worked on rebranding of the historic Retirement company managing Media and Sponsorships focusing on participating Institutions, Hospitals and Universities.
To broaden her knowledge, she began consulting for Private Wealth Advisors on strategic planning and managed IR & Operations for startups focused on Alternative Assets for Prime Brokerage, Cap Intro and Emerging Portfolio Managers.
During this time, she established a network of longtime relationships in both Finance and Media with the likes of Forbes, WSJ and attending major industry conferences like SALT.
In 2013, she joined Citigroup, Inc. as Senior Vice President managing Global Marketing & Operations for the Enterprise business. During her tenure, she had oversight of multimillion-dollar marketing programs while allocating funds to various lines of Citi Global Businesses with the Institutional Clients Group, Private Bank, Trade and Treasury Solutions, Consumer Bank, Citi Ventures and Fintech. Alison implemented the first Risk and Control framework for Global Enterprise Marketing. She also worked on diversity initiatives for Citi Women and traveled around the globe to shine a spotlight on their female leaders and gender equality in Asia, Europe, LATAM and North America. She developed partnerships with Milken Institute, eMerge Americas, Fortune’s Most Powerful Women, among other thought leadership, philanthropic and digital media platforms.
During the pandemic, Alison began advising for Regenerous Institute on the launch of Peak Alliance, a Fintech company in the social impact space that aims to provide financial services and resources to underserved communities, individuals, & small businesses. She has also been working on her book which is based on a true story that spans three generations on Wall Street with a female as the lead character. Alison’s father, Robert J.
