You have a fair point about the stated par value. However, it was the only helpful number from the report. Obviously, SPRV doesn't trade at $100, and the preferred aren't worth $100 per share. If they paid cash value for the company without taking on the financing, and 1094 Military Trail was paid, say $10,000,000, that would make the total preferred for the company $50,000,000, doing math in my head. I don't think SPRV is a $50,000,000 company. Obviously, not a fact, but an interpretation. So, this says that presuming the deal went through, there is more to the deal than what was reported so far. Maybe there will be another report which will give more clarity and detail. From what we know so far, there appears to be something missing.
