Since you like to speculate. What if the court nixed those 2.2 billion shares and made Verdant pay them off to Lith and those monies where distributed through the bankruptcy process to pay off investors that filed claims. Those shares as you know got influxed close to the end of LITH when things were really looking ugly. We can speculate all day long and in many different directions since there has been no real reporting in many years. That said we have no idea of exactly how many shares are outstanding.
