The toxic converter agreements usually have a clause where they can only convert X percent of so many days trading volume. I noticed that when that time comes around, there is this odd trading that seems to me as if someone buying and selling to/from themselves (multiple trading accounts), for the sole purpose of jacking the daily volume up. Don't take that volume at face value.
