First, the SEC will do no such thing. Second, I don't believe the state of Nevada has jurisdiction over Mondial Ventures any longer.

Seems to me they were planning to do something with the shell before Alpharidge tried taking control for pennies on the dollar.

I look at it this way, whatever they are planning to do with the company, it's certainly better than laying dormant.
