Very true solong - it is all there but of what use is it to a shareholder or person looking to invest ?

It would be 100% truthful if they paid them each $100 and gave them both 100 shares as it would say $300,000 each and 15M shares so far.

Please please read/review Post # 81684 to get a better feel for my point(s). Ultimate o/s count matters because it could be over the 500M A/S soon. Again - these are not details we need, plus where is that $3M setup fee at ?????

** Keep in mind we KNOW SafeBus is due to receive 80M Restricted shares. The API acquisition deal cost over $600k more at $2.6M total - so my guess is 85M shares going to them ? My Point - nobody but the insiders know and it is a PUBLIC co.
