This company is basically insolvent.

The sales are negligible and they continue to issue toxic debt to pay the bills.

The 'brewery' won't be up and running any time soon...

During the three months ended March 31, 2021, the Company paid a deposit of $200,000 to begin fabrication of a brewery system. The Company anticipates the system will be complete within nine to twelve months.

In the mean time, common shareholders will get destroyed by massive dilution waiting on the beer brewing hype to come to fruition.
