The point was 2 fold.
#1 - The address was still the same as before the non-merger. It's a residential address. So, hardly the same as the Frito Lay thing. lol
#2 - The state filing has not been amended to show anyone but the representative of the "Family Trust", as being in control, or even involved.

And YES, I say that I have seen no paperwork showing the completion of any merger.
And that is why SPRV has ZERO assets & ZERO revenue.
If & when that changes, then I'll accept those assertions.
And Please, I don't buy the idea that a public company can withhold that proof.
If not sure what I'm talking about, please reference the 8-K filed by the company (AT&T) that you said wouldn't let shareholders view merger information.

PS: I found the address of the building, simply by Googling Commercial Real-estate Transaction in Palm Beach Co., and the Newspaper Art. came up.
