Bottom line, the summons was served on the SoS on March 2. That means Rhonda could have been granted custo anytime after that in March. But why the heck did her attorney only file a motion nearly 2 months later, and a motion that had an error? And we are still waiting 2 weeks later for the correction on that simple motion?
Things are not moving along at all. It's as if Rhonda is purposefully trying to keep the stock price down.
