Sir, this is a Patent Troll LOL.

Unfortunately, it may be that the only major strength of this company is the WinView patents. Which they are being sued over currently, by the patent holder in name. It's one mess for sure.
At this point, the companies that they will go against are heavily capitalized & will not fork over any money easily. There are many of these companies that exist, and these patent fights tend to stretch long [NLST, HCMC]At this junction, is GAME as a business with 30M in revs & taking heavy losses a good company? Some may think the space in Online Gaming/Media is ripe for players, but GAME as a business hasn't impressed me. So essentially, yes this is going to become a patent troll. And that will be a long waged war. Where's that any day soon listing? lol...stock falling like a turd in a bowl. :)

I believe the patent law suit filing will be before the Fall at the latest, which will be a big catalyst
