I'm not answering for the BoSox fan, but I fully understand the posters message. Most of what the accountant says has little to no follow-up as things peter out aka all talk no action.

Any how, I found one hospital in Winfield,IL that is doing covid trials and will contact them directly to determine if a B trial is taking place. The Winfield hospital addresses behavioral health and likely does have the staff covid type trial.
