I never gave my valuation. I gave a valuation based on the completion of the Recommerce deal and SaaS. The info has been updated on Rocket Reach and now matches the info on Zoom of $6 million in revenue. That puts a valuation of .43 but again that is based on Recommerce Revs. There is big difference between saying what a company is worth and what it would be worth if actions are completed, just saying.

Another interesting thing that happened on RR with the revenue update was that the employees of Recommerce went from 33 to 2. Most of the employees I could track down now list an iRecommerce email address which is what Cannagistics has said the holding company would be named post-merger.
