Here's a graph on India cases

That's a massive reduction, that hydroxy/ivermectin is working its magic.

Wrong again.

In the month of Feb India's new case were averaging just over 10K/day. The Indian gov then performed a lockdown in Apr. It hit the economy hard. Then the Indian gov backed off, and relaxed social restrictions in May for such things as: travel, local elections, religious gatherings, weddings. Super spreader events occurred. The PM Modi continuing to pull a tRUMP, and schedule super spreader political rallies. Covid infections soared.

Of course in your HCQ world of India it's sort of hard to explain how everyone in India takes HCQ, and yet there was a subsequent surge in new cases of 400K/day. Must be black magical.

The reason one has a recent decline are local lockdowns, and procedures.

Linky

For example, apartment buildings where people test positive for the coronavirus have been sealed off, with no one allowed to enter or exit. Police patrol their perimeter. In India's two biggest cities, Mumbai and Delhi, local lockdowns are already in place. Only essential travel is allowed, with a permit. Everyone except for front-line workers have been told to work from home. Residents aren't allowed to go for a stroll or jog, or they'll be fined.

Try ever doing that in the US.

Hindering their efforts are a vaccine shortage. Along with the B1.167 variant which the AZN Adenovirus vector vaccine is less effective against. The variant itself more infectious.

It has nothing to do with 1B Indians gobbling down HCQ pills.
