Connecting the dots on The Jupiter, FL Building is really quite simple. The building sold for $14.1Million in 2018 to 1094 Military Trail, LLC. SPRV merged with 1094 Military Trail, LLC, thus acquiring the building in March for 10 Million Common Shares and 5 Million Preferred Shares.

We now have confirmation that the 5 Million Preferred shares have been transferred to close the deal.
