I would suggest looking up the definition of Balance Sheet. A balance sheet is the state of a companies financials. Perhaps the transfer took a while.
You would not see a building or a list of building on a balance sheet. It would end up lumped in under fixed assets.
The 5 Million Preferred shares were transferred on March 31st. Had they not transferred them in March we likely would be hearing the preferred shares did not show up as proof somehow the merger never happened.
