Help me out.....4+ Billion OS??

I've tried sifting through the gold a manure here but it's often hard to distinguish it.

How are they going to get enough revenue to get a valuation of $4 billion or $1 billion even? Are they planning a stock buyback some time? Do they have something that's that good and can produce that kind of revenue?
