The link says the owner is 1094 Military Trail, LLC. That's the company that Supurva bought, so that means that SPRV owns the building. I realize that the quarterly report is ambiguous, and they did a very poor job writing it. But if they actually bought the company, they own this building. This appears to be the right building.

I think this building isn't the question, as it's seems to me to be the building that SPRV says it purchased (really the company being purchased, but that's the net effect). The real question is about whether SPRV actually bought 1097 Military Trail LLC. The quarterly report is too vague on many of those details, so those are fair questions. They say they sent the preferred, but the commons and the other terms are not well-described, nor is the asset described well or reported well in the report. The balance sheet page in the report is also a mess, so I hope they file a corrected report.
