Thank you all for the info. I've heard conflicting storied about some shares being restricted for 180 days. I've heard 180 days from date trading happens, and also heard 180 from effective date. Makes no difference as I do not plan on selling right away. In the mean time I'll just be waiting (with bated breath) for communication on the next steps...
