EV charging. Its only a 30 amp circut. Same as a dryer. Electric panel is usually basement or garage, running another wire usually isnt hard. Geothermal hvac should be the standard and I think a decade from now might start being code. No outdoor unit and the wells or trenches are the major added costs. $10-15k. Still gets a decent tax credit for everything except the ductwork.
