Business Contracts are not generally made public. It is not customary for companies to make public Merger Contracts or any other contracts.

AT&T did a big Deal with Discovery today. I doubt the contracts will be shares with share holders or anyone else.

The old argument was that the deal was not real and would fall apart. Now with the 5 Million shares issued and transferred that no longer flies.
