You are wrong and I question your motive. When running 1 mile race, can you ask the official to change the distance mid way? No. Same thing with the FDA. Today's PR is shocking. Nader/Kelly are doubling down and thumbing their nose at FDA. This will not end well and unfortunately it is the retail shareholders with actual money invested that will pay the price. Nader and Kelly got their millions in salary and stock sales. CYDY gets shut down they will be just fine. They have not invested $1 buying in open market.
