You do realize that the DSMC was appointed by CYDY, reports to CYDY and has no relation to the FDA, correct? The DSMC recommended NP conduct an analysis at 75% and NP ignored that recommendation. Would the issues with CD12 have been identified at 75%? Unsure, but it’s clear the DSMC wanted to take another look and NP denied them that look.
