Correction to those who say you can't trade pre-market or after-hours on OTC: trading hours.com/markets/ot... "Monday-Friday: 9:30am - 4:00pm — Normal Market Hours

Does the OTC Markets U.S. have After-Hours Trading? Yes, the OTC Markets U.S. does have extended hours trading. The Pre-Trading Session is from 6:00am to 9:30am. The Post-Trading Session is from 4:00pm to 5:00pm. Shares can always be traded on the OTC Markets U.S. during regular trading hours (listed above). Extended Trading Hours are sessions before and after the official trading session during which trading can be conducted electronically. Pre-market trading and after-hours trading generally have less volume than during the regular trading hours and may have different trading rules."

So, it looks like if you cannot trade pre-market or after-hours it is because your broker won't allow it---not OTC.

IE, from TD Ameritrade: secure.tdameritrade.com/abo... "OTCBB securities can be bought or sold during regular market hours. No orders for these securities will be accepted for the extended-hours trading sessions. Only limit orders to buy, and limit or market orders to sell will be accepted."
