Did I miss anything or does that about cover it!

Not forgetting:
- the $18m annual loss for YE2020 (Which actually exceeded the share cap for most of 2021!)
- the fact that in a little over 1 week, the CE designation will mean that no new buyers will be able to purchase shares on almost all of the trading platforms...
- the fact that despite 15 months having elapsed since Genviro was announced with 'technology perfected' to a huge fanfare there is STILL not a single verifiable instance of a Covid 19 infection in a real human subject being diagnosed or confirmed with any Genviro sensor or sensor prototype
- the fact that this is not remotely the first time that CEO Keith Berman has outrageously over promised and hideously under delivered as any cursory inspection of the DECN PR history over the last 3+ years will easily demonstrate
- The fact that the CEO seems to have spent more of his shareholders cash on internet pornography than actual R&D/ product development.
