It says that these execs own that % in total (which was also true before these option grants), not that these new grants were anywhere near that %. There is nothing in these grants that suggests the execs are more or less confident in the company than before.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
