U make good points. I think that Biden will lift the Trump tariffs on Canadian lumber. Let's see--he has defunded the border way, let all of the invaders in, killed the Keystone pipeline. If Trump did it, he'll reverse it. Why has he not lifted the lumber tariffs?

Even when lumber prices come back down, inflation will raise the cost of building new commercial property by at least 20 percent, imo--maybe 20 percent a year.

By the way, if a plumber replaces any copper pipes U might have in your property, YOU keep them. Some people allow the plumber to "dispose of them".
