I do not disagree with you. AZ likes to point out that by reading documents and knowing the ins and outs of the bk tells the story. No where does it say how corrupt the business is. Or how shortly after a shareholders meeting giving approval of huge salaries and then at the OG the business day gift huge amount of shares. Rinse and repeat every 6 money...than violating article viii with share buybacks to kkr, ceo, board and others...

Bk is closed, LT is done and gone. Ownership change ended. Wmih is parent based on a sec registration which give coop the ability to hide assets gift shares and buybacks to itself. Managed sub are used for money and assets transfers. Capital trust is not part of this. However lead arrangers control it somehow....
