Lol...no he doesn’t, the shareholders do...and while he owns FORW stock, so does every other shareholder.

He “controls” FORW...which is different. And if FORW borrowed money using the warrants as collateral (which I doubt they could find a bank that would accept them)....and then turned around and paid that money to Sharp, it would ALL have to show up in the financials of FORW.

And there is no hint of any such transactions in the FORW financials.
