I agree with you and below is my understanding from previous and recent documents:

Mr. Pomije was the founder of DGTW and Most of DGTW’s debt comes from his management period! I don’t think he can get anything from DGTW if he doesn’t let them to proceed with bankruptcy and reorganize again. Also Judge ruled in favor of DGTW late Feb to proceed with bankruptcy after Mr.Pomije had filed his claim late Jan. There is a note on the latest 10-Q mentioning that Parties should reach an agreement, So eventually Mediation and Reaching a settlement maybe mutually beneficial IMO.
Mr. pomije please be fair and kind enough and let The company you are founder move forward;)
