Preferred issue - It wasn't really addressed IMHO - just saying they (some won't sell) won't sell until a year or two ..., doesn't cure the fact that we shareholders got tossed with a 4 to 1 RS and the Preferred holders were not touched...not a very good idea at this point in a developing start-up. Down stream when they are hopefully doing well this will be just like looking at a company with dilutive toxic debt...we mentally figure or scribble out what the real share count is/will be and that affects the pps value.

BF should take steps immediately to square things up. He doesn't need to be a Billionaire this early - let's perform first!
