That is a difficult question to answer, but at the moment I am much less bearish about SIRC's stock than I was yesterday. See the post I made several minutes ago at https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=163822459 for more information. In addition I see indications that portions of the green energy sector stock's (including SIRC stock) might be very near the bottom of their drop, and that is a good sign that SIRC might soon begin rising considerably.
