Absolutely 100% incorrect. Some of the most successful businesses on the New York Stock Exchange NYSE everything including their warehouses. Yes they will get the depreciation write-offs etcetera but they also don't have to worry about maintenance costs and all the other garbage associated with owning something. But I'll give you a few names if you really hurts is it oh who leases instead of buys things and that are very successful as far as a business goes
