You can easily have a business and not have a building. I'm a mechanical contractor that doesn't you were between one to three million dollars a year in revenue, and I don't have an office either, or even a building. I work out of my house. But if you know what you're doing you can still run a business, have Revenue, make money, pay your bills, even have employees, but not have a building or an office. Once you realize that fact you realize the building per se isn't that important as is what going moving forward
