Ah, you were referring to the day's bottom. That's easy enough to know. But knowing many other things about mREITs is almost impossible. AGNC is leveraged around 8 times so the numbers can be obsolete by the time the public sees them. There are many risks with mREITs.
If you research back to the The Great Recession around 2008-2010 and before you'll see that this category's had some very rough spells. mREITs are complex investments. Read all the risk factors in the filings. The lawyers/CPAs aren't kidding around.
