AMC shares sold on open market in past 2 weeks: 43 million
Shares shorts can borrow to short: Zero
Fee to borrow those shares to short: Zero because there’s no damn shares but has been as high as mid-200% hours ago.

Phantom shares = Counterfeit shares

Counterfeit shares must legally be reigned in by SEC by June 2 count or AMC has legal cause to sue US Government. (JMO)

AMC sold 43 million shares not because they needed the money but to get justice for counterfeit shares. JMO.

AMC CEO has GREAT strategy and follow through.
