Nope, the greater than 100% short interest occurred when the same shares were borrowed twice. You borrow a share and sell it, then the person that bought it (or their broker) allows it to be borrowed again.

Blaming non-existent naked short sellers for the PPS of this stock while ignoring its business performance is a horrible investment strategy.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
