Not hoping against it but there’s nothing illegal about this dilution. He thinks cause they’ve not current it’s illegal, but note holders an issue tons of stock when it’s current , ensuring they’ll get paid if the company goes dark. Once it reaches 8 billion, they will no longer be able to. But that’s still a ways down the road.
