After reading the article, it appears to me that these people had initial mild symptoms and thought they were getting better. That is exactly what happens when you are at home and not treated. By the way, there aren't many home treatments if you don't use hydroxy or ivermectin.

So, I'd say these folks followed the science and remained untreated as was the case why so many waited to go to the hospital resulting in the high death rates.

Those are symptoms of no treatment.
