The Superceding Federal Grand Jury Indictment against Keith Berman alleges FOUR violations of Federal statues, while the original Indictment only included TWO.

It comes as little surprise the DOJ is piling it on! BRAVO!

You have to wonder how many more there are to come! They haven't even touched on YMB yet! Maybe Berman's thinking is that if he keeps committing fraud faster than the SEC can indict him for it, the prosecutions charges will eventually outlive him?
He always did have a penchant for kicking the can down the road, but think they are catching up with him.
This pedima pantomime really can't be helping things, whatever Berman himself thinks!
