How would you test positive for covid when the covid test wasn't reliable?

Except that the rt-PCR test is extremely reliable. All the way down to 10 copies of virus/ml. Covid infections typically can generate 10,000 viral copies/ml from a nasal swab. More in the sputum and feces.


There is no problem with the rt-PCR tests available.
