we can track the latest *volume* effort by a NR (non retail) entity from the EO 2020
(as a reminder NRs' last *set up* of PTOI took about 6 weeks from October into November 2019 .. and *orchestrated PTOI from approx 2c
to 11c b4 resetting .. PTOI's *volume* overhang took months/MAR 2020 .. for NR to *handle*)

to give an idea of this ..

PTOI's Volume YTD for 2020 = 14,815,142

PTOI's YTD Volume by the EO MAR 2021 = 8,536,892
by contrast that *effort* took to the EO AUG 2020 = 8,581,083

most recent data out of Finra for YTD @ EO APR 2021 = 10,754,206
by contrast that comparable *effort* took until EO OCT 2020 = 10,479,789

all of this matters .. even tho' it's clear it costs NR & colluding decoys

as a reminder .. PTOI has *traded* (total volume) since APR 2009 to EO APR 2021 = 284,143,727

imo *conservatively* NR has a 100M abusive effort in place .. that % is 35%

hmmmm .. here's to ascertaining why a NR entity has wanted to *show volume* on PTOI since the EO 2020 into this month ..
