Who is selling? is this subtle dilution by insiders?

I am officially in "hold" status but I will admit I added a small amount to my holding today at .19. Couldn't help myself.

Now over 105000 shares and this is my largest position by dollar volume in my portfolio.

I try to stay diversified. I am very bullish about the sales increases we will see by this sept and think eventually CLSH will be bought up by a bigger company needing entry into states via acquisition.

I don't know who is offering 193000 shares at .2 or why...
