I'm not following. The trial didn't start with 4 doses. The trial started with 2 doses and the trial ended with 2 doses. If the DSMB truly told Nader that the trial was on track to meet its primary endpoint during the interim analysis, that means the data was way worse in the second half of the trial than the first half of the trial.
