The fact here is that GGI will be gone if they are not already - one way or the other. Completely different scenario than GZFX. FCCN is further along than you realize in regards to this and several other issues that will be coming out in PR's and more filings very soon. Part of AERO's DD was to ensure that the shell could and would be clean - they would have NEVER signed the definitive agreement if this wasn't the case. All of this debate will be answered in PR's that have been written up and are ready to be dropped in almost sychronization over the course of a few weeks. Peacock knows PR's will drive this machine.
