SO what law states they must go dark pending receivership? Oh thats right, there is none. Also why does OTCM list them as Dark/Defunct if they are not actually dark/defunct?
Fact of the matter is Wei Tian has no clue what he is doing. He took the ticker dark and did not update OTCM. Now they are listed as defunct. He has till June 30th to comply with SEC rule 15c2-11 or HOMU will be suspended from trading and sent to the grey market. I strongly suggest better DD. Start by looking up rule 15c2-11 and then on to non solicited stock. HOMU is in violation of 2 major reporting rules because Wei is a clueless idiot.
