Why a price target of 0.20? A price it hasn't been in over a year. How could it be worth more while having almost double the amount of outstanding shares?

Although I think a good pump could send it to 0.10, iirc the company isn't doing much. Dilution and offering a free service to help the elderly accounts who got hacked. Fundamentals don't even matter anymore.
