The word BENEFIT of GOLDEN GATE is clearly there in an official filing. as for shares just being SCRAPPED as you say....you wish. you just can't SCRAP SHARES....i can't believe just how many people find you reputable here. you just come up with some SPIN and no proof, deleting words and putting your own meaning to the filings. we will see when this all comes out in the wash. You, will just fade into the sunset and then just show up again somewhere on the boards with a new user name. ready to do it all over again.
