Weird. I guess some people misread the news and overreacted?

I see this as normal transaction when a company is bought out. The last part is usually to cut ties with former management - pay them off and settle debts. So, it sound like the deal is finalized.

Also, I think the CEO will follow up with some info on the merger, short/long goals and new sales and distribution news.

Guess we wait and see what news come next.
