I envision Judge Batten sitting on a rock on the rivers edge in silent meditation. He read the motion and the response over one hundred times. Then went to meditation to get the correct answer. He has no time for any other court dates or cases as he just can not decide this one. it is so hard and he has to think about it for days, weeks maybe months its the only thing on his mind.
Or he is manipulating the market because he did not buy in soon enough. once he gets his shares then he will post a response.
Of course all in jest, but really come on Sir! you read the motion and responses. You know your decision, you are not sitting around pondering what to do. You are working other cases and at some point will go oh yeah I need to let my decision be known.
